Information you choose to send
When you submit a charter enquiry, Placencia Yacht Charters receives the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, travel dates, group size, yacht and activity interests, and your message.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to you, understand your charter requirements, prepare or discuss a proposal, and continue the conversation you requested. Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or payment obligation.
Where enquiries are handled
Website enquiries are processed through Netlify Forms and may be delivered to the Placencia Yacht Charters business inbox. Authorized website and charter personnel may access the information when needed to respond. We do not sell enquiry information.
Retention and deletion
Enquiry records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to manage the conversation, meet operational or legal obligations, and maintain appropriate business records. You may ask us to correct or delete information, subject to any record we must retain by law.
Links to other services
This website links to services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Their own privacy terms apply when you choose to use those services.
